General Booking

All payments are to be made via bank transfer, CASH, NETS or PayNow only.
Credit card payment incurs additional charges.
For overseas trips, a minimum non-refundable deposit required is SGD$300.00 per participant for Leisure dive to confirm booking.
Full payment is required 14 days before departure or The Dive Company reserves all rights to treat the booking as canceled.
Full payment is required for all dive courses.
Full payment is required for local dives.
The intended course/dive trip is valid for 6 months upon registration.
Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, increases in airfares, local taxes etc. The tour price excludes pre/post tour accommodation, laundry, room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, excess baggage charge, passport and visa costs, airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all items not listed in the tour package write up.
In event that the destination requires any additional charges (e.g Marine Park Fees, Fuel surcharge etc), we will inform you in advance, which is on top of the trip fees. For weekend trips, please visit the page for what's included.
In event of any evacuation, special transfer or accommodation requirements, The Dive Company will not be held responsible for any financial costs that incurred.

Any of our trips or courses does not include diving or travel insurance. We strongly advise all divers to obtain both travel and diving insurance.
The Dive Company will not be held liable for any equipment damage during transfer. We could, however, assist in working with your insurance company.

Forfeiture of the full amount applies for notice of withdrawal by course/Dive trip participant regardless of reason within 14 days prior to activity/departure date.
No refund will be given for cancellation of pool session, Weekend Dive Trips within 14 days prior to activity/departure date.
All cancellations or postponements need to be made in writing or email, administrative charges will apply.
Changes in any course schedule dates by said participant has to be 14 days in advance, otherwise, full cancellation charges shall be borne by the participant at The Dive Company’s discretion.
The Dive Company reserves the right to change/alter the itinerary in the event of any unforeseen circumstance.
In event of any unforeseen circumstances that the trip/course itself is disrupted, for example but not limited to, flight cancellation, COVID related circumstances etc, compensation will only be provided in the form of future trip/course credit only.
In event of any unforeseen circumstances that you cannot attend the course/trips, we cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred, for example but not limited to, quarantine, passport/visa issues, sickness, injury before, during or after the trip. We could, however, assist in working with your insurance company.

Number of dives stated in all packages are based on estimation and subjected to diving circumstances. It does not represent an absolute number of dives for the trip. While The Dive Company will try our best in achieving the said number of dives, however where circumstances arise that are not favorable for diving, not limited to, adverse weather conditions, illness, diver’s personal choice of not diving, technical difficulties, safety concerns, there will be no partial refunds.
